Pay It Forward Program Terms

These program terms explain how Pay It Forward contributions and free-ticket requests work for Brother Joseph Again.

Pay It Forward purchases

Each $15 Pay It Forward purchase supports one movie ticket for another person. The amount selected at checkout determines the number of tickets supported. This purchase does not reserve admission for the contributor. Payments are processed through our SureCart checkout, and a receipt is sent after payment is confirmed.

Requesting free tickets

A Brother Joseph Again account and verification of your email address are required. Each account may submit one request for one or two tickets. Request only tickets you intend to use. Repeated accounts or requests must not be used to bypass this limit.

Theater preference and availability

The theater selected during your request is a preference, not a confirmed booking or a promise of free-ticket availability. A verified request joins the waitlist. Tickets are offered in request order as funding and tickets for the selected theater become available. Not every request is guaranteed to receive a ticket.

Waitlist and redemption

Your confirmation email shows your request number. It is not an admission ticket and cannot be presented at the theater for entry. If your request can be fulfilled, a separate email will contain the redemption link, instructions, and any applicable showtime or expiration restrictions. Follow those instructions before visiting the theater. Do not sell a free ticket or redemption code.

Account and service emails

Keep your email address accurate and check your inbox and spam folder. We send verification codes, request confirmations, and ticket instructions necessary to deliver this service. Requesting a ticket does not sign you up for marketing emails. For this program, we store your account email, selected theater, ticket quantity, request time, and accepted terms version so we can manage the waitlist and deliver ticket instructions.

Program data and privacy

Your account and ticket request are stored on our WordPress site hosted by SiteGround. FluentCRM records your request participation, SMTP2GO delivers service emails, and SureCart and its payment providers process purchases. Security checks use temporary hashed identifiers to limit repeated requests. Sign-in cookies keep your account session active. The embedded trailer is provided by YouTube. This program does not add marketing consent to your contact record.
